Becuase it's imposible to make a post for every single trainers of mine since 2012, so I decided to make this archive. All my trainers (maybe missing a few) from 2012 to May 2019 is uploaded to my Onedrive folder. You can download each trainer individually or all at once.

Below is a list of trainers available. Note that some of them (if the game is more than 2 years old) maybe outdated or only partially work. But for most trainers since 2018, I'm still keeping them up to date for at least one more year.

Some files can't be downloaded because onedrive think there is a virus in them, you can find below the message and the list of the problematic files.I would suggest adding a zip file with a password containing all the trainers, it should work this way.

A similar claim about the original MGM lion's having "killed its trainer and two assistants" the day after he was filmed for the first MGM logo was promulgated by Factropolis.com, one of a number of sites whose raison d'être was passing off fictional factoids as real information. This claim is clearly not true, as the trainer of Slats, the lion first used by Goldwyn Pictures in 1917 (and subsequently by MGM) was Volney Phifer, a prominent animal trainer who long outlived Slats and passed away in retirement in the 1970s:

"Slats" was trained to roar on cue by Volney Phifer, Hollywood's premier animal trainer, and toured the world to signify MGM's launch. He was born at the Dublin Zoo and died in 1936. By that time Mr. Phifer had retired to his farm in Gillette, New Jersey, where he boarded animals used on Broadway. Upon "Slats"' death he was buried on the farm, where a small blank block of granite marked the grave. Additionally, Mr. Phifer planted a pine tree directly over the grave, insisting that its roots would "hold down the lion's spirit," which is a part of a secret of European wisdom.

Simply put, none of the several lions filmed by MGM for use in their logos was involved in incidents that killed their trainers. All of those animals were handled by professional trainers who were well known in show business circles and whose deaths in any lion-mauling attacks would have been prominent news.

The squat is one of the most debated exercises in the fitness and sports community, but it is hard to argue its effectiveness. There is ample evidence describing its use for improving lower body muscular endurance, strength and power (Clark, Lambert & Hunter, 2012; Folland & Williams, 2007; Marques et al., 2015; Soriano, Jiménez-Reyes, Rhea, & Marín, 2015). There are several variations of the squat exercise including the bodyweight squat, barbell back squat, barbell front squat, dumbbell squat, sumo squat, split squat, box squat, plie squat, squat jump, overhead squat, and single-leg squat, to name a few.For the sake of this article we will discuss the barbell back squat from a fitness perspective. We will not discuss the squat as it relates to performance, such as powerlifting. Instead, we will discuss the safest variation of the squat exercise for a fitness enthusiast seeking to improve technique and minimize faulty movement patterns and potential injury. It is important to note variations of the squat exercise exist to maximize 1 repetition maximum (1RM) potential, such as using an excessively wide stance with a toe out posture. This posture reduces the amount of hip and knee flexion and ankle dorsiflexion needed to reach full depth. While from a biomechanical perspective this variation enables the lifter to complete the exercise with higher loads because range of motion is reduced, it may not be the safest variation on articulating joint surfaces for beginning exercisers who have no desire for improving their 1RM. Experienced individuals or athletes seeking to improve 1RM can use these variations once properly instructed and have displayed adequate physical capabilities.

Back in the 1930s Frank Schutt, General Manager of The Peabody, and a friend, Chip Barwick, returned from a weekend hunting trip to Arkansas. The men had a little too much Jack Daniel's Tennessee sippin' whiskey, and thought it would be funny to place some of their live duck decoys (it was legal then for hunters to use live decoys) in the beautiful Peabody fountain. 2ff7e9595c
